Hello Swifty, I am reaching out to express my frustration with the involvement of individuals in this matter who should no longer be part of the discussion. The comments made in this ticket by UC staff have been unacceptable, and frankly, I am fed up with the situation. I will be gathering screenshots of the relevant messages shared here, as this issue will now be handled solely within this thread moving forward. Tagging the relevant individuals for reference: @basher0002 -> Owner, STA @Tyler -> Event Team (ET) @🦈SharkBlock🦈 -> External Event Team (EET), Development Team (DT) As it stands currently, my personal stance is that UC will not be providing convoy control for our events in the future. However, a final decision will not be made until our Management meeting in the new year. Hello, completely understand your frustration, I’m not fully sure what went on but obviously it’s you guys that have the responsibility to make sure your route complies with TMP rules. Was another route organised and we still declined to help?

but swift it is also down to UC/you (whoever accepts the event) to review the event correctly of which mustnt have happened. Part of the blame is on TMP on this as well as there rules are rubbish when it comes to saying what rules effect what servers. But a comment could have been raised the other day but it wasnt. and if you read what i put in one of the messages yesterday is that STA will cooperate with anything that was suggested so us being accused of not didnt help matters.

and as i said in the ticket as it was not long enough to come up with a whole to route and release i said we will do what ever was suggested by UC as you have more experience with the map and TMP map changes

but TMP should also release where roads like CD are on the map as alot of roads can be deemed as CD if you dont know it exactly as well as that TMP rules should also be clearer to say what servers are effected and leave as little for interpritation as possible you cant say this is not true

At the end of the day you guys have caused this by not checking your route. We did not create the route, you guys did. You can call me threatening and causing unnecessary drama but I think you’ll find your announcement has done that to us. You have publicly put out an announcement disclosing information that’s not needed for anyone else to view. And the threat im making is that we could have been easily as petty and publicly shamed STA for stealing spreadsheets and copying CC material, but we are bigger people.

You cant just blindly blame us for everthing that goes wrong in your event planning, if you would have got a event server there would be no "drama and threats" but as you did not, if we would go on with the convoy ALL OF OUR CC WOULD BE BANNED NOW, do you think that is good for us?

Okay, let's say that we have gone thru with the event. The problem already was that everyone had a eye on the event page about the upcoming STA convoy thru C-D road, our roadside CC would have gone I think good, but the event had less signups so the supervisor choose to do a rolling event. Our cc would have been part of the convoy as driving, like everybody else. Both STA and UC would have gotten a warning or punished by TruckersMP team, for example removing both of our rights to request a event server in the future. This would be even worse then cancelling right? And about last minute cancelling, our higher staff where not available for couple of days before the event date to confirm event profile or the route as personal life needed more attention, so that's the reason behind it all. For all of us, this is better outcome.

Hello, Now that you lot have had your virbal diaria i have produced a document of a final statement on the situation that you have all said including Swift and he will have it sent to him also as he has left the Group chat. now this document has both what yourselfs have said and a comment from myself as well a bit that i will send below which is also on the document. Document Now in conclusion, UC is in the wrong with some of what is mention above. I have inherited a very big issue when we reopened/changed management and i have worked for the whole year to rebuild the reputation of both myself and the VTC (these issues will not be mentioned as it is closed and behind us for the most part). I worked my hardest to make sure that all events and things we organise goes ahead or give people appropriate time to process any changes to keep the reprutaion of the VTC stays on the corrrect side now with what UC has done it has noticeably affected that which is why both the announcements which mention UC and the event on the 19th December 2024 specifically says it is cancelled due to UC and not STA. I am happy to work with UC to help both sides improve with processes that are for both event planning and the reviewing of event supervision request before i go away but we will need to get this issue resolved before that happens. I am also happy to have a VC with you all to help get the matter resolved. It is now left to UC whether they want to work together to better each other or this be the end of the matter as i have better thing to worry about than UC. as said before, we are not sharing that, you have more then enough "references" already from this chat and also in your redacted document you released on the announcement. There will be no future endeavors with us, we have closed the case, you can rest assured that your convoys will not be supervised anymore by UC.
